Quesa Loco is a bold and flavor-packed taco experience serving up authentic Mexican street food with a creative twist. Best known for our signature quesabirria tacos—melty, cheesy, and loaded with slow-cooked birria—we have become a go-to spot for taco lovers across Central Florida.
But Quesa Loco is not only about tacos. It is about the passion, the hustle, and a love for real, homemade food that brings people together. Whether you visit our food truck or one of our two bustling restaurants, you will find freshly prepared dishes rooted in tradition and delivered with heart.
OUR STORY
Quesa Loco began with a dream—and a little bit of craziness.
We are Silvia and Daniel King. We met working in a warehouse in Florida. Long hours, small paychecks, and big ambitions led us to rethink everything.
Silvia, who previously ran a butcher shop and sold food in the streets of Mexico, had an idea: start a Mexican food truck. Daniel had been working in kitchens since high school. Together, we had the heart and experience to make it happen.
With a few small family loans and every dollar we could scrape together, we bought a modest food trailer. In August 2020, Quesa Loco opened for the first time. The early days were rough—slow business, empty bank accounts, and real fear. But through relentless social media promotion, word of mouth, and the unforgettable flavor of Silvia’s family birria recipe, the crowds came.
Soon, the lines were out the door—and we couldn't keep up. We hired help, upgraded equipment, and started thinking even bigger.
Meet The Founders
Silvia & Daniel
Silvia King is originally from Mexico. She grew up around food. From owning her own butcher shop to selling home-cooked meals on the street, she brings generations of flavor and authenticity to every dish. Her birria recipe—deeply seasoned, slow-cooked, and full of love—is the foundation of Quesa Loco’s most popular items.
Daniel King was born and raised in the U.S. He has been working in restaurant kitchens since high school. He brings the grit, operations know-how, and entrepreneurial fire that turned a small food trailer into a multi-location business.
Together, Silvia and Daniel are the heart of Quesa Loco—partners in life and in business, blending cultures and flavors to serve something truly special.

What started with a food truck has grown into two thriving restaurant locations:
ORLANDO – 971 W FAIRBANKS AVE
Our very first storefront, opened January 15, 2022, built entirely from the money earned through the food truck.
APOPKA – 2107 E SEMORAN BLVD
Opened August 20, 2023, this second location reflects the overwhelming support we received from our growing fanbase.
🚚 OUR ORIGINAL FOOD TRUCK – 2145 BRITT RD, MT DORA
Still serving six days a week, our beloved food truck remains a central part of who we are. It’s where it all began, and it’s still delivering the same bold flavors today.
We're proud to be part of the Central Florida food scene and incredibly thankful for the community that helped us grow.

AFTER SO MUCH SUCESS FROM OUR FIRST RESTAURANT WE DECIDED TO INVEST IN ANOTHER LOCATION IN APOPKA WHERE WE HAVE LOTS OF SUPPORT AND CUSTOMERS. OPENING AUGUST 20 2023
AFTER TAKING A HUGE RISK AUGUST 13 2020 WE OPEN OUR FOOD TRUCK FOR THE FIRST TIME. AFTER LOTS OF UPRGRADES OUR BABY LOOKS DIFFERENT BUT IS STILL THE SAME FOOD TRUCK.
