WHO IS Quesa loco

Who is Quesa Loco? Owners are Daniel King (American) and Silvia King (Mexican). We met at a warehouse job in Florida where we started dating. Dating soon became getting married. As we were tired of working 60+ hours a week working for little pay at our jobs. Silvia had an idea about starting a food truck. Silvia used to own and operate a butcher shop in Mexico as well as selling food in the streets of Mexico. I was a little hesitate about the idea a first. But after lots of discussing the idea me and my wife decided to take a huge risk.....

We put together our money and bought a small food trailer. While still working at our job we slowly bought all the equipment, supplies, and licenses that we needed. Scared with very little money in our bank account we decided to quit and start our food truck full time. In the beginning business was very very slow. We were worried about our bills and to feed our family. But after lots of promoting on social media and word of mouth, customers  started coming. More and more every week. Until we had lines so long we could'nt see the last person. Overwhelmed with support we had to start hiring employees. 

After a year in business and lots of success already, we decided to start looking to expand our business. At first we thought of another food truck but after lots of debating we decide on opening a store front. Months later we finally found the perfect spot. 971 West Fairbanks Ave. Orlando Florida. We will be offering lots of more menu items there. Things no one sells anywhere. Traditional food from Tampico, Mexico where my wife is from. 

Now after 1 1/2 years in business at Fairbanks we will be opening our second restaurant location in Apopka Florida.
